Great experience overall. Location is great (near ski-in path and shuttle stop), hot tub felt great, and spacious for our group! Would stay here again.

Great location and layout for our annual moms/teen spring break ski trip! The private hot tub was a huge hit. Had us all dreaming of another mountain getaway.

The place is in a very good location, its quiet, you feel that you are in the woods, the place is well equipped, well distributed, the beds are very comfortable, and a lot of space. I sure recommend this house for you visit at Breckenridge. (August 24’, family summer vacations)

Very good place to stay, 100% accurate with listing, 5 minutes away in car from peak 9, beds where super comfy specially after skiing all day long, communication with host was more than perfect, I would easily return to this house.
