Check these Breckenridge activities off your list…

Hit The Slopes!

No matter what level skier or snowboarder you are, hop on a chairlift, enjoy the views and cruise the slopes of our world-class Breckenridge Ski Resort. Whether you take one run or twenty, treat yourself to some après-ski afterwards at one of our favorite spots.

Snowshoe With A View

Grab some snowshoes and explore one of our favorite snowshoe trails in Breckenridge. These trails are great for all levels and offer some of the best views in Breck! Enjoy some sunshine and soft snow during the day or catch a stellar sunset in the evening.

Cross-Country Ski In The Sunshine

Cross-country skiing in Breckenridge is an amazing addition to any winter vacation! The trail system offers countless miles of groomed terrain, suitable for all levels. Zoom Down The Mountain On A Snow Tube

If you’re looking for an afternoon off the slopes, tubing and sledding in Breckenridge is a great way to enjoy the Colorado outdoors. Several places in Summit County have taken snow tubing to the next level like the Frisco Adventure Park, Keystone Ski Resort, or Copper MountainCarter Park, Breck’s sledding hill, is located at the south end of High Street adjacent to the Breckenridge Elementary School. The best part? It’s free! Just bring your own sled and some hot cocoa!

Experience Incredible adventure at Epic Discovery

Take the BreckConnect Gondola up to the base of Peak 8 for family fun and adventure at Breckenridge Epic Discovery! Ride through the trees on the Gold Runner Coaster and Alpine Slides. Make your vacation one to remember by soaring above the Colorado mountains in a hot air balloon. This is a must-do for couples, families or friend groups!

Bike To Frisco

The Breckenridge to Frisco Bike Path is a great way to spend your summer day with family or friends. The path is paved the entire way so it’s suitable for any age or ability. Stay on the path if you are enjoying the views or take a ride on some single-track detours.

Spend A Day On The Lake

The Frisco Bay Marina on Lake Dillon offers boat rentals, scenic boat tours; stand up paddle boards and kayaks.  After a day on the water, relax with cold drinks and tasty snacks at the Island Bar and Grill at the Frisco Bay Marina. Check their events schedule as they often offer live music and additional family friendly events and entertainment.

Hike Through The Wildflowers

The 2.8 mile-long Sallie Barber Mine Trail features beautiful wildflowers, scenery and is great for beginners! With equipment remnants and interpretive signs, hikers can learn about Breck’s mining history. It’s quick and rewarding for adventurers of any age!

Catch The Sunset Over Breckenridge Ski Resort

Head up Boreas Pass and watch the sunset from a pull-off viewing point or drive further to Bakers Tank trailhead and walk the off-road for the best views of the Ten Mile Range.
