Breathtaking mountains, endless outdoor activities, Main Street festivals, and the authentic community are my reasons for making Breck, home.

Visiting our charming mountain town this winter? We can’t wait to have you! And we’re here to get you Breck’s latest and greatest info.

Here’s whats new in Breckenridge this season:

On the Mountain

New this season is an experience where you can go behind the scenes, above the trees and beyond your limits. Make the mountain yours this winter with Breckenridge Ski Resorts, Breck Guides. These expert ski and snowboard guides will help you elevate your skills, and explore the mountain to the fullest.

Also, SnO-M-G! For epic early-season conditions, Breckenridge has replaced more than 50 snow makers on Peak 9. Making more snow faster, while using less energy.

In Town

The newest restaurant to town is Aurum Food & Wine, with locally sourced and seasonally fresh ingredients in a bustling atmosphere. The space feels like a cozy house and is home to one of Breck’s prettiest bars. Stop in at Happy Hour (4-6 PM) for half priced menu items, half priced wines by the glass, $3 draft beer and $7 classic cocktails. Try the Crispy Curried Cauliflower, the Pears & Burrata or the Rocky Mountain Trout. It’s all amazing.

Hit the slopes then hit Sancho Tacos & Tequilas for Breck’s best street-style tacos in a friendly, relaxing restaurant. The margaritas and house-made chips and salsas are hard to beat, too. Pop in at Happy hour daily from 3-6 PM for $5 house margs, slushy or on the rocks, $1 chips & salsa, $5 chips & queso and $5 chips & guac. My favorite tacos and tequilas? Baja Shrimp and Sweet Potato tacos with a Jalapeño Cucumber Margarita.

The Breckenridge Yacht Club is not exactly a yacht club, but a casual, fresh and fun restaurant built on an old dredge ship on Breck’s Blue River. Happy Hour is 4-6 daily offering 25% off all food and drinks. Make your own Protein Bowl, warm up with a Short Rib Grilled Cheese or try the Wild Salmon BLT, all on the water!

Ready for dessert? Stir Pan Creamery makes their delicious Thai ice cream rolls right in front of your eyes in their retro-styled ice cream shop. Try these flavors: S’mores (marshmallows, chocolate syrup & graham crackers), Espresso N’ Cream (espresso coffee & Oreo’s), and Every Other Friday (peanuts, caramel & pink Himalayan salt).

Get your stretch on after a day on the slopes or jumpstart your morning at Bhava Yoga. Bhava offers a variety of yoga and wellness services and a retail boutique in a cozy, elevated space. Try the Ground class for a slower-paced vinyasa, intended to calm and relax your mind and body. Reset at the Bhava Restore class designed for stillness and recovery in mind. Become aligned at the vinyasa Align class for an uplifting and balancing practice.

Treat yourself! Across from Bhava Yoga is the new Simply Massage location. All of the massages are customized specifically for you to accommodate how you’re feeling at the time of your massage. Whether you choose Swedish, deep tissue, sports or any other option, you’ll be sure to feel rejuvenated here. Trust me (I’m a regular)!
